The in-theater screening of this film will be followed by a live Q&A with director/producer Julian Rubinstein, main participant Terrance Roberts, and Aqeela Sherrills, nationally known anti-violence activist and co-founder of Community Based Public Safety Collective, on November 7 at the Culver Theater. The live Q&A will be recorded and uploaded on this page and IDA's YouTube page a few days after the in-person event.

Filmed during the reporting of a nationally acclaimed book, The Holly goes deep inside a gentrifying community in northeast Denver, where a shooting case involving an activist becomes a window into the political machinations of urban development and the city's gang activity.
